Shipping policy

We know you want your premium accessories fast. We partner with reliable local delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly, whether you are in the heart of Phnom Penh or in the provinces.

1. Delivery Areas

We ship to all 25 provinces and capital in Cambodia.

2. Delivery in Phnom Penh

For our customers in Phnom Penh, we offer fast local delivery and flexible payment options.

  • Delivery Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically delivered Same Day or Next Day.

  • Shipping Fee:

    • Standard Delivery: $1.50 (or 6,000 Riel).

    • Free Delivery on orders over $20.00.

  • Payment Options:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay the driver in cash or scan to pay when your package arrives.

    • Bank Transfer: KHQR / ABA Bank transfer is also accepted at checkout.

3. Delivery to Provinces

We ship to all provinces (Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, etc.) using trusted courier partners (e.g., J&T, Virak Buntham, or Capitol).

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 Business Days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $2.00 - $2.50 (depending on package size).

  • Payment Requirement:

    • Pre-payment Required: Please note that for provincial orders, we require full payment via Bank Transfer (KHQR) before dispatch.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available for Phnom Penh addresses only.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is handed to the courier, we will send you a tracking number or a photo of the waybill via Telegram or Email so you can track your package.

5. Important Notes

  • Phone Number: Please ensure your phone number is active and correct at checkout. The delivery driver will call you before arriving.

  • Address Accuracy: Please provide a clear address (House #, Street #, Sangkat, Khan) or a Google Maps pin to ensure smooth delivery.
