Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our premium accessories. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return and Exchange Period

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • For Phnom Penh: The period starts from the day of delivery.

  • For Provinces: The period starts from the day you collect the package from the courier.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all seals, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

3. Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty)

Since we sell premium electronics (such as GaN chargers and cables), we offer a 6-month warranty on these specific items for factory defects.

  • What is covered: Charging failure, connectivity issues, or dead-on-arrival units.

  • What is NOT covered: Damage caused by misuse, water damage, accidental drops, or normal wear and tear.

> Note: Please test your item immediately upon delivery. If the package appears crushed or opened, please inform the delivery driver immediately.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Screen Protectors: Once the protective layer is peeled off or applied to a phone, we cannot accept a return due to the nature of the product.

  • Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be refunded.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the error is ours (wrong item sent or factory defect): We will cover all shipping costs to return the item and send you a replacement.

  • If you change your mind (ordered wrong model/color): You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us via Telegram or Facebook Messenger with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A photo or video showing the issue.
